Not a template. Not a chatbot.

This is what a real coach builds before your interview.

Generic interview prep tells you to "research the company" and "practice STAR stories." That's not coaching. That's a checklist.

The Interview Prep Dossier is built from your actual resume and the actual job description. I research the company, analyze what the role really requires, identify where your background is strong and where there are gaps worth addressing, and hand you a personalized guide before you walk in the room.

No AI chatbot. No generic question bank. A document prepared for one candidate: you.

What's included

25+ pages built around your interview.

Every section is specific to your role, your background, and the company you're walking into.

Section 1
Company & Role Intelligence
Real research on who's hiring you, what this team does, and what "ready to contribute on day one" actually means for this role, plus an honest gap assessment naming where your profile is strong and where it's early.
Section 2
The STAR Method Framework
How to structure every answer, with timing guidance for each part and three lengths of every story so you're ready whether they want the full version or a 15-second one-liner.
Section 3
Your Story Bank
Six to eight stories drawn from your own experience, mapped to the role's requirements, with framing guidance on what to emphasize and what to leave out.
Section 3a
Your Story Notes
A fill-in worksheet for every story in your bank. Bullet points, not paragraphs, so you internalize the shape of each story instead of memorizing a script.
Section 4
Behavioral Questions
Nine or more questions with what each one is actually testing, whether it's checking your knowledge or your reasoning, and which of your stories to use for each.
Section 5
Technical & Scenario Questions
Questions calibrated to your actual background, with the framework for answering each, not just a list of things they might ask.
Section 6
Questions to Ask Them
Organized by interviewer level. Showing up without questions is one of the few things that can cost you an offer on its own. This section makes sure that never happens to you.
Section 7
Prep Checklist
Exactly what to do with the time you have, organized by what matters most for this specific role and company.
Section 8
Day-of-Interview Tips
Logistics and execution side by side: what to bring, how to handle an ambiguous question, how to close strong.
Section 9
Red Flags, and How to Turn Them Around
The specific mistakes candidates with your background make in this type of interview, and exactly what to say instead. Not generic advice, yours.
Section 10
Closing Note
A personal note naming what genuinely makes your profile competitive for this role, and the handful of things to remember walking in.
Section 11
Quick Reference Page
A single printable page, landscape format, with your story one-liners, your gap-bridge lines, and your best questions to ask. A glance, not a script.

A Note Before You Start

One thing before you dig in. I can help you build the blueprint and make sure you know it inside and out. I can't pour the foundation or swing the hammer for you. That's the job search itself: the applying, the networking, the follow-through that gets you in the room. Once you're in the room, this is where I can actually help.

Honest Gap Assessment

Your quantitative and analytical background is the closest match to what this role requires. This is where you lead in the interview, not where you play defense. Securities margin operations: no direct background. Name the gap plainly, then demonstrate that you actually did the homework.

Section 6: Questions to Ask Interviewers

Not having questions ready is one of the few things that can genuinely cost you an offer on its own. It signals either a lack of real research or a lack of genuine interest. Good questions won't get you hired by themselves, but bad or no questions can lose you the job.

Questions

A few things people ask.

Is this actually written by a human, or is it AI-generated?
Both, and that's the point. The research, the gap assessment, the story framing, the coaching judgment — that's 25 years of practitioner expertise encoded into the system. The output reflects my actual coaching philosophy, not a generic template. You're not paying for a chatbot. You're paying for the judgment behind it.
How long does it take to get my dossier?
Within 24 hours of receiving your resume and job description. If you have an interview in less than 24 hours, email me directly at mattmow@outlook.com and we'll figure something out.
What format is the dossier delivered in?
A professionally formatted PDF with your name on the cover. Print it, read it on your phone, annotate it. It's yours.
What if I have multiple interviews coming up?
Each dossier is $99 and built specifically for one role at one company. If you're interviewing at three different places, you'd order three separate guides. Each one will be genuinely different.
What's the mock interview add-on?
A 30-minute video call with me after you've had time to review your dossier. We'll work through your stories, practice answers to likely questions, and you'll get direct feedback before you walk in. Add it for $50 when you order, and I'll reach out to schedule.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Email me. I'll make it right. This is a service built on my reputation as a coach, not a digital product with a no-refund policy.
